What is this wondrous thing?
Let me tell ya all about it....
A long time ago people couldn't just run to the store to buy whatever they wanted; whether it was in season or not. If it wasn't local, or in season, you had to either do without or improvise!
In steps dandelion honee!
When their winter honey ran out in early Spring, they turned to the beautiful dandelion blossom to provide a nutritious, delicious alternative to bee's honey.
Flash forward: we collect hundreds of flowers, pluck thousands of petals, infuse them with organic cane sugar, and then slowly reduce it until it reaches the consistency of honey!
Making this a vegan friendly, anti-oxidant filled tasty alternative to honey.

Elderberries have been proven (study and my page) to help in cold and flu season.
As a family, we use elderberry syrup daily, with great results, when anyone in the house has symptoms of a cold or cough.
Our syrup is made with all organic ingredients because no one needs the extra stress of dealing with all those yucky pesticides when fighting off an illness.
Contains filtered water, elderberries, unbleached cane sugar, ginger, cinnamon, echinacea, cloves and lemon juice.
